OPAL MAE GRIERSON
Born 6-30-1929 in Chariton, Iowa, went to be with her Savior 2-10-2011 in Carmel, IN. She attended Chariton High School (Chariton, Iowa) and Purdue University Extension.
Opal was the daughter of Edward and Frances Phipps. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, John (Jack) Grierson, daughter Marilyn (Max) Frodge, grandson, Adam Frodge, granddaughter, Erin (Caleb) Kohl, great granddaughter, Viola Mae Kohl, sister, Lola (Glenn) Keeney and many special nieces and nephews.
She was the owner of Wise Owl Tax Shack for 20 years and part owner of AAA Airport Limousine Service. She has attended Hope Church of CMA in Carmel for 30 years.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Hope Missions Fund or Gideon Bible Society.
Calling will be held at Hope Church 2500 E. 98th St. on Sunday, Feb. 13th 6-8pm, and services on Monday, Feb 14th 11:00am.
